Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Your California privacy rights, our affirmative stance, and a request form.

Lions Services, Inc. does not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Our Stance

Even though we do not sell or share personal information, we provide this page so California residents can confirm our practices and submit a formal request. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out preference signal under California law.

What we collect

  • Site analytics via Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 (only after consent)
  • Event RSVP information (name, email, optional phone)
  • Donation processing information (handled by Zeffy; we never see or store full card numbers)
  • Volunteer registrations
  • Employment application materials
  • Contact form submissions

What we do not do

  • Sell personal information
  • Share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Build customer-list audiences for targeted advertising on third-party platforms
  • Use retargeting or remarketing pixels
  • Process sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA § 1798.140(ae)

Use the form below to submit a Do Not Sell or Share request, or to make any other California privacy request (right to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out). We will confirm receipt by email and respond within 45 days as required by law.

Identity Verification

After you submit a request, we will email a confirmation link to the address you provided. Click the link to verify your identity. We will not act on a request until verification is complete. For authorized agent requests, we may also request a signed authorization from the consumer or proof of power of attorney.
