For 14 years, Sandra has been a dedicated and valued member of the Lions Services team. Throughout her career, she has embraced opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. She has worked across multiple departments and served in a variety of roles, including machine operator, inspector, and assistant team lead. Today, Sandra works in the IHIPS Department as a machine operator, where she continues to cross-train, expand her skills, and step in wherever she is needed. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help make her a trusted and dependable member of her team.

Sandra’s impact goes beyond the work she produces each day. She is always willing to help her coworkers, learn new responsibilities, and support her team. Her ability to adapt to different roles and departments demonstrates her commitment to both personal growth and the success of those around her.
