Shipping & Claims for Shortage
Notification for all claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of the shipping date.
Our signed receipt from the transportation company for a shipment in good condition constitutes
delivery and Lions Services responsibility ceases. All claims for loss or damaged are matters
between the consignee and the transportation company. Lions Services, Inc. is willing at times,
however, to assist our customers with the collection of such claims. Returns
For Customer satisfaction, these products are warranted with a money back guarantee
or like item exchange. Notification of any perceived discrepancy or return must be within 30
days of the shipping date and must be returned within 30 days of notification. A Return Material
Authorization Form will be provided to customer and for submittal with the returned goods.
Lions Services, Inc. reserves the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
